PRIVACY POLICY ‍ THIS PRIVACY POLICY SETS OUT HOW THE DRESSAGE COACH USES AND PROTECTS ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU GIVE US WHEN YOU USE THIS WEBSITE. THIS POLICY COVERS BOTH THE WEBSITE AND COMPANION APPS INCLUDING THE DRESSAGE COACH APP AND MYTACKLOCKER.

The Dressage Coach is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Under Article 30 of the General Data Protection Regulations, The Dressage Coach is exempt from some of the regulations set in terms of the handling of private data, however wherever possible, we will comply with the regulations as laid down by the GDPR.

The Dressage Coach may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May 2018.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We may collect the following information: name and job title contact information including email address demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers How we collect the information We collect information from clients who enquire about our services and those that book. When you enquire with The Dressage Coach via our contact form, we ask whether clients would like to join the mailing list. Clients have to answer either yes or no. Only those who answer yes are added to the mailing list. Your information may also be gathered when purchasing products from us. This information may include payment information when paying online through either Paypal, Braintree or Stripe. The Dressage Coach do not have access to any of your payment information other than the last four digits of your payment card expiry date and in some cases your address (if using Stripe/Braintree) or your Paypal account information (contact information only). All other payment information is held by Stripe, Braintree and Paypal directly. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation. No fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to email us at mail@thedressagecoach.com. We will respond to your request within one month. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete either your Dressage Coach or My Tack Locker Account in the relevant app. Simply go to your profile, tap on edit profile and then tap delete account. Once you have confirmed you wish to delete your account, all of your information will be deleted and not recoverable.
