Refund policy

Not all items from The Dressage Coach can be returned or refunded. The following items are eligible for returns:

Unwanted Items

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase under Distance Selling Regulations. Any products returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and fit for resale. If items are returned opened or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded as appropriate. Unwanted items can be returned for exchange, a refund, or gift voucher to the equivalent value.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us to arrange a return authorisation. Please ensure you let us know what the issue is and send any images if necessary. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange or a refund.

Wrong items sent

If you receive something other than the items you ordered, please contact us to arrange a return and exchange.

Dressage Coach Merchandise (these are made to order) - unless faulty or incorrect item sent.

PRO Membership Terms

Pro membership includes one remote session each month following payment of the monthly fee.

It is the member’s responsibility to book a session, please note availability can vary.

In the event that a member is unable to find a mutually agreeable time or is unavailable for a remote session in the month, then the session can be carried over to the next month. 
Members can carry over a maximum of one session to the next month providing the member maintains their subscription.

No refunds will be given for subscriptions for any reason.
